The law conveyed through Moses, opened the eyes of the people to the realization of their sinful condition and the need for a Savior! At the same time, the law had created divisions between Jews and Gentiles, and the chasm between man and God became more evident. Jesus, the Messiah, stepped down into this world to break the wall of division between God and man, as well as among people. We are therefore united in Christ as one body of believers with no more divisions or distinctions!
Rev. Martin Luther King Jr, followed Christ’s example and fought to end racial discrimination in the United States. Let us never build barriers which Jesus has removed by discriminating anyone based on their color, caste, race, language or even denomination!
